I went to New Glasgow today, spent the day with my grandparents, had cake and ice cream....Mitchell
Went to the Doctors today, I've have rash for a few days now, Mom hade to go pick up cream for it. It better work....
Wow, did I ever have a busy day yesterday! Mommy and I went on a road trip to visit some of my friends. We went with my friends Rebecca (2 1/2 yrs) and Madelyn (3 mths) and their mom, Laura, down to the Valley. There we met Carson (3 1/2 mths) for the first time. His mom and my mom were roommates in university. After that we visited my friend Kiev (1 1/2 yrs) and his new baby brother Jona (1 week) in Hammonds Plains. Their dad was another friend of Mom's in university. I was a good boy and had lots of fun, but I was tired by the end of the day and glad to get home. So today I'm just going to relax!

As you can see in my pictures, I ate some carrots for the first time Saturday. I'm not a big fan of them at all. I tried peas yesterday and they were much better. I still managed to make a mess with them though!
Mom, Zander and I just got back from our morning walk. I think we're going to spend all day today outside enjoying the sunshine!
Hi Mitchell, you have a wonderful way of keeping in touch with those far away. You'll have to get used to eating those yummy veggies, you'll grow big and strong and Mom and Dad are going to serve a lot of them!

It was another hot, sunny day in Truro today and I had lots of fun. I went to Victoria Park with my friends Rebecca and Madelyn and we walked and walked on some of the trails (well ok then, our moms pushed us in our strollers). Can't wait for more summer days like this!

It's been a rainy, yucky week in Truro. Mommy and I were still able to go for a few walks though and we went to the park again Tuesday with Rebecca and Madelyn. Then today Rebecca and Madelyn came to my house to visit. As you can see in the picture, Madelyn was playing in my crib with me for a little while. We had fun!

Hi everyone, Mommy has been pretty slack at keeping my blog up to date. I've been quite busy over the past month. I have been eating all kinds of veggies and I love them all except carrots....I still hate those!!! And I've even started eating fruit. Bananas were pretty sour when I first tried eating them; my funny faces made Mommy and Daddy laugh at me. But I got used to the taste and really like them now. And I like apple sauce, peaches and pears too.
This past weekend was a very special one for me...my Christening was on Sunday. Everyone told me I was a really good boy in church and that I looked very handsome in my little white suit!

Guess what everyone, I'm sick!!! And it's no fun!!!! Dr. Brown tells me I have an ear infection, strep throat and bronchiolitis!!! I don't know what all that means, but I know I'm too little to have all that stuff! So I've been taking medicine all week and have to go back to the doctor on July 16. My mom has been sick with strep throat too. She and I are both coughing and coughing and Dad is keeping his distance from us! Hopefully we'll both be better by the time we go camping.

Mommy and I have been so busy this summer, it's hard to keep my Blog up-to-date. Last week we spent a night a Grammie and Grampie's house. That was fun! Grampie was trying to teach me to crawl, but that's hard work....I was having a lot of trouble getting my knees up underneath me. But yesterday I almost did it! Mommy and Daddy think I'm going to master it any day now!! And while I was at Grammie and Grampie's Mommy stuck my feet in the swimming pool. That was water was soooo cold, I was a little scared.
Then Friday (July 13) we went to Rushton's Beach in Brule with Laura, Lindsay, Rebecca and Madelyn. That was lots and lots of fun! I LOVED playing in the sand!!! And the water wasn't too bad either. It was really warm.
Next week we're going camping in Ingonish (Cape Breton). I can't wait, we can go to the beach every day!! Watch for upcoming pictures of that!!
Oh yeah, I went back to see Dr. Brown yesterday. And I'm all better....no more ear infections or sore throats. Just in time for camping!
